Rice Vermicelli with Fermented Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkt (500 gm) Thick Rice Vermicelli Laksa Noodle
  • 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 100 gm Beansprouts cleaned
  • 100 gm Prawns Heads off, skin off, tail on & cleaned
  • 2 tbs Fermented beans (tauchio) Soaked for 10 mins, rinsed and drained
  • 3 nos. Eggs made into omelette and sliced into strips
  • 10 pcs Cherry Tomato cut into halves
  • 1 bunch Chives cut, 2 cm lengthwise
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt & Sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a wok, add #IbuSegalaRempah, Water. Get it boiling, add the prawn and tomato cherry. A quick stir.
  • Toss in the noodle, and season to taste. Stir and mix noddle till well coated.
  • Once almost dry, toss in the beansprouts and chives. Quick stir. Finally stir in the egg. Ready to be served.
