Sate Lembu Goreng
Skewerless Beef Satay
- 250 gm Beef sliced thinly
- 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 1 tbs Ginger paste
- 2 tbs Coriander Fennel Mixture
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- 2 tbs Cooking Oil for frying
- Combine all ingredients and leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes or over night.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry up the marinated meat till coked.
- Served with Satay Peanut Sauce.
