- 1 Whole Chicken Cut into 12 pieces
- 200 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 60 gm Meat Curry Powder
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbs Ground Candlenut
- 10 gm Ground Toasted Shrimp Paste (Belacan)
- 10 gm Gula Melaka
- 10 ml Lime juice
- 1 pc Chicken Stock cube
- 4 Kaffir Lime leaves
- 2 stalk Curry Leaves
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- Combine all ingredients except for the seasonings into the inner por. Close the lid. VENT knob to SEAL. Set Mode to STEAM with KPT7. Press START.
- After 7 minutes is up, allow to KEEP WARM for 15 before slowly releasing any extra pressure.
- Open lid, add in boiled potato stir. Set Mode to BAKE CHICKEN, allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Seasoned to taste. The dish is ready to be served.
