Semur Ayam aka Ayam Masak Kicap

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ekor Ayam dipotong-potong, kuniyt, garam dan digoreng
  • 50 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
  • 2 biji Kentangf potong memanjang dan digoreng
  • 1 biji Bawang Holland dipotong bulat
  • 1 porsi Dry Spices (4 Sekawan)
  • 3 sdm Kicap Manis
  • ½ cawn Kacang Pis opsyenel
  • ¼ sdt Lada Hitam Kisar
  • Air secukupnya
  • Daun Salam/Bay

Instructions
 

  • Panaskan 1 cawan air di dalam kuali. Masukkan rempah, daun salambay dan dan 4 sekawan.
  • Masukkan kicap. Setelah mendidih. Masukkan Ayam. Masaka seketika.
  • Masukkan kentang, kacang pis dan hirisan bawang.
  • Masak hngga agak mengental, tambah air kiga suka yang berkuah dan tambah perisa atau lkicap jka perlu
