Mi Laksa Goreng Taucho
Rice Vermicelli with Fermented Beans
- 1 pkt (500 gm) Thick Rice Vermicelli Laksa Noodle
- 100 gm #IbuSegalaRempah
- 100 gm Beansprouts cleaned
- 100 gm Prawns Heads off, skin off, tail on & cleaned
- 2 tbs Fermented beans (tauchio) Soaked for 10 mins, rinsed and drained
- 3 nos. Eggs made into omelette and sliced into strips
- 10 pcs Cherry Tomato cut into halves
- 1 bunch Chives cut, 2 cm lengthwise
- 1 cup Water
- Salt & Sugar to taste
- In a wok, add #IbuSegalaRempah, Water. Get it boiling, add the prawn and tomato cherry. A quick stir.
- Toss in the noodle, and season to taste. Stir and mix noddle till well coated.
- Once almost dry, toss in the beansprouts and chives. Quick stir. Finally stir in the egg. Ready to be served.
